Maryrose Espil, RN, MSN, BSN, DNC
Maryrose brings over 20 years of experience in aesthetics, offering a deep and compassionate understanding of both medical and cosmetic dermatology. As a Master's in Nursing trained, nationally board-certified dermatology nurse with extensive expertise in lasers, injectables, and advanced skin therapies, Maryose combines clinical excellence with an artist’s eye to help clients look and feel their absolute best.
Her passion for skin health began with her own struggles starting at age 15. This personal journey shaped the way she cares for others while meeting each client with empathy, education, and a customized plan designed to reveal healthy, glowing, confidence-building skin from the inside out.
In addition to her clinical work, Maryrose has served as a teacher and mentor for RN board preparation, guiding the next generation of nurses with the same dedication and precision she brings to her practice.
One of her greatest joys is witnessing physical and emotional transformations that occur when clients feel supported, understood, and truly heard. Many of Maryrose’s clients have trusted her with their skin for more than a decade, and being part of their journey is an honor she cherishes every day.

Dr. Arman Serebrakian
Arman T. Serebrakian, MD, is a Harvard and UCLA-trained plastic surgeon who specializes in plastic surgery, hand and upper extremity surgery, aesthetics surgery, and microsurgery.
Dr. Serebrakian received his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, then completed the prestigious Harvard Plastic Surgery residency program where he trained at world class institutions and served on the program’s Executive Committee during his chief residency year.
He then completed a dedicated fellowship in hand, upper extremity, and microsurgery at UCLA. Dr. Serebrakian, formerly an NCAA and professional alpine ski racer, has also competed internationally including for the Univerity of Colorado ski team as well as at the 2014 Winter Olympic Games. He currently serves as the MarinHealth and UCSF Health clinic’s dedicated plastic surgeon in San Rafael and Greenbrae, CA.
