Membership Transition Notice (Existing Members)

We currently have an active membership program in our medical records. All existing members will be transitioned to the new Golden Glo Membership.

This membership is the same price as the current membership but will now operate under the new name Golden Glo Membership.

Billing Instructions for Golden Glo Existing Members

• Some members previously paid $120 upfront for a 6-month Golden Glo Membership term. These members will not be charged again until their 6-month prepaid term has fully completed.

• Once the prepaid 6-month term is completed, the membership will transition to the new billing structure via Moxie at $20 per month, beginning the following billing cycle.

Billing Summary

Existing Golden Glo members with prepaid $120:

• No additional charges until 6 months from their original payment date have passed.

• After 6 months, billing will begin at $20/month via Moxie.

New members (and existing members after their prepaid term):

•  $20/month billed through Moxie

•  6-month commitment required

Membership Pricing & Structure

Monthly Membership Fee: $20 per month

Billing Cycle: Automatic monthly billing via a credit card on file

Commitment Term: 6-month minimum

Limited Availability: Membership is offered on a first-come, first-served basis

Membership Terms

• Your membership includes a 6-month minimum commitment from the start date.

Perk Availability

• Quarterly perks are only available during the month they are offered and do not roll over if unused.

• Non-Transferable

• Membership perks and discounts are for the member only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Cancellation & Early Termination

• You may cancel at any time after the 6-month commitment, with the following terms:

• 30-Day Written Notice Required

• Submit a written termination request to our address or email (hello@skinglo.net) with your name, email address, and address at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date.

Early Termination Fee

If you cancel before the end of the 6-month commitment, an early termination fee will apply:

Early Termination Fee = full amount of the remaining monthly dues

Example: If 4 months remain, the fee is 100% x 4 months x $20/month = $80

Important Notes

• Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and in good standing

• Discounts and perks cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated

• Membership is not a substitute for a medical evaluation

• All services requiring medical clearance require a Good Faith Exam (GFE)

Glo Beauty Bank Member Benefits

• $100 deposited monthly into your account

• Funds accumulate while membership is active

• Applicable towards selected services or retail products

• 2% savings when using Beauty Bank funds

• Birthday Month Credit: $20 applied toward any service during the member’s birthday month

• Must be scheduled within the birthday month

• Subject to appointment availability

Flexibility & Clinical Guidance

The Glo Beauty Bank allows members to apply funds toward the treatments that best suit their goals. Staff and providers are available to guide you in optimizing your deposits for maximum benefit.

Funds may be applied to any eligible treatment or product, making it easy to customize your plan each month.

Terms & Fine Print

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member

• Birthday month credit is one-time per year and must be redeemed within the birthday month towards a booked service during available appointment times

• Accumulated funds do not expire while membership is active, but unused birthday credits cannot roll over

• Savings and deposits apply only while membership is active and in good standing

• Funds cannot be redeemed for cash

• Skin Glo Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue benefits with written notice in accordance with California consumer protection laws

• Glo Beauty Bank – Refund Policy

  If a member chooses to cancel their Glo Beauty Bank membership, any remaining account balance will be refunded minus a 2% administrative processing fee. This fee ensures proper handling and account reconciliation while maintaining the integrity of the membership program.

  • Refunds are calculated based on the current balance in the account at the time of cancellation.

  • Any accrued membership benefits or promotional credits cannot be converted to cash.

  • Membership cancellation must be submitted in writing or via the designated membership portal.
